“Nüman” returns to the “30 Best Restaurants” ranking after a hiatus. The Kaunas restaurant, formerly led by Chef Matas Paulinis, was in the ranking since its opening in 2017. In 2019, under the current Chef Adomas Jegnoras, the restaurant ranked 16th, and this year it returns to the list in 29th place.
