WHO WORKS IN THE KITCHEN? Chef Algimantas Kviklys, a trained psychologist, leads the kitchen at "Somm." This was his first workplace in the food industry, where he started as a cook, gradually advancing to become the restaurant's chef. The kitchen operates smoothly under Algimantas' calm demeanor, and the team works cohesively, visible to guests as one of the kitchen areas is open for observation.
