Imperial is a restaurant of premium class which is set up near a five star hotel Ramada. Naturally, a number of celebrities who stayed here – Enrique Iglesias, Sting, Cesária Évora, Anastacia, DJs David Guetta, Armin Van Burren, Limp Bizkit, Smokie and many other – have been to the restaurant and tried their gourmet food.

DINNER.

Although the chef of the restaurant Aldona Gečienė changes menu a few times a year, some ingredients prevail all the time: foie gras, black caviar, lobsters, oysters.

The kitchen buys solely cooled products for its dishes (lobsters, oysters, different fish) as well as vegetables and berries. Everything else, as much as possible, is prepared locally: bread, fresh buns, sauces, jams, succades, etc. Everything is served in luxurious Vercase porcelain dinnerware.

CHEF.

Aldona is one of a few high class female chefs. As she puts it herself, she is a “settled” type of person. Before Imperial Ms. Gečienė worked a number of years in the restaurants of Arūnas Oželis. She created the menus for Le Provence, Žemaičiai, 3 Draugai.

When she started her career as a chef, the choice of products in Lithuania was scarce. For instance, at the time nobody imported even avocadoes. However, she had her internship in France, Italy, Germany, improved her knowledge and tried new things. She cannot demonstrate her extensive experience and freed creativity in the restaurant Imperial.

COMPLIMENTS.

At Imperial, clients are always treated to a chef’s compliment (every time it is a different surprise of tastes), and get a roll of bread and butter made locally with their first starter. Before a hot course, clients are treated to the local sorbet and leave the restaurant with special Aldona’s muffins.

WINE CARD.

From luxurious and rare wine types to classics – Imperial has a wide choice of wines. Besides, the restaurant offers the widest choice of champagnes in Lithuania. Sommelier Redas Norkeliūnas is at your service. He helps the clients in choosing the best food and beverage combination with pleasure.

BREAKFAST.

Breakfast-eaters can choose dishes a la carte or have buffet type foods. All breakfast menu is prepared locally. A few types of omelettes, salads, different desserts, fresh berries – the choice is solid every time. Besides, all breakfast-eaters are treated to a glass of fresh and sparkling prosecco and a vitamin charge – fresh orange juice.

Waiters at Imperial are well trained, have extensive experience, therefore, you can expect the highest quality service here. Another interesting fact is that kitchen strictly refuses using any mayonnaise or pork products. Foods are decorated with flowers grown locally.
