WHY WORTH VISITING? Momo Grill is the restaurant of renowned chef Vytautas Samavičius, known for dishes cooked on the Spanish Josper grill, a popular choice in foreign restaurants. Guests can choose their own knife to carve the ordered beef, adding a unique touch to the dining experience. The atmosphere in all three restaurants is friendly and democratic, welcoming both casual and formal attire.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE MENU? The majority of the menu is consistent across all three Momo Grill locations, with about a quarter of it varying. Everything is prepared on-site, from bread to sauces, and is intended for the day. The signature dish is beef tartare with shoestring potatoes.

WHO WORKS IN THE KITCHEN? The restaurant owners, Vytautas and his wife Kristina, oversee different chefs for each city. In Klaipėda, Valdas Anusevičius, a longtime colleague of Vytautas, manages the kitchen. The kitchen in Kaunas is led by Donatas Lukoševičius, and in Vilnius, Kotryna Petrauskaitė takes charge.
