WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE MENU? "Gastronomika" focuses on tasting dinners. While it currently has an à la carte menu, it plans to abandon it soon. The restaurant changes its menu approximately every three months, making it challenging to describe. "Each time it is completely different, saying what prevails and exists in it is very complex because it constantly changes. We are not seasonal; our menu is mood and life impressions," says the chef Liutauras Čeprackas.

GUESTS RETURN BECAUSE "we probably appeal to them the most," says the kitchen chef.

WHO WORKS IN THE KITCHEN? The kitchen is staffed by a loyal team that doesn't compromise on quality. Liutauras himself has been interested in food since childhood, studied at the "Le Cordon Bleu" school in Mexico, and gained experience in Spain at the three-star Michelin restaurant of Martín Berasategui and the one-star "Kokotxa" in San Sebastian. It was there that the idea of his own restaurant matured.
