WHO WORKS IN THE KITCHEN? Dmitrij Babenko has led the kitchen at Da Antonio for about 18 years, starting his journey at Stikliai restaurant and later working in one of Antonio Meschino's restaurants before becoming the head chef at Da Antonio. The kitchen boasts one of the best and stable teams in Vilnius, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a cohesive and supportive working environment.
